This area is designed for new arrivals. All animals coming into the shelter go through a two week quarantine. This is to ensure that they are healthy, eating well and have all vet work completed. Sick animals are placed in a separate quarantine area. After the two week quarantine, the cats are moved to an appropriate room. Kittens are allowed to stay in this room after their quarantine and until they are adopted.
