Rude Ranch Animal Rescue operates a no-kill animal sanctuary that exists to aid, rehabilitate, and rehome abused, abandoned, and homeless animals that would otherwise be euthanized.

Our foster and adoption programs are currently inactive. Effective June 1, 2023, the sanctuary has moved. Visits by invitation and appointment. Contact info@ruderanch.org.

From 2001 to 2023, our sanctuary was located in a residence in Harwood, MD. There was an open area for general population and three rooms for special-needs cats on the upper floor. The sanctuary grounds spanned 5 acres with  flower gardens, a waterfall, a koi pond, and memorial area. The pond and gardens were maintained through a network of rain barrels. Several murals featuring former Rude Ranch residents were visible on the property.
